BONGZILLA 'AMERIJUANICAN' LP

Bongzilla are stoner metal. They live it. And they definitely breath it. Leaving nothing to question, vocalist-guitarist Mike "Muleboy" Makela bellows on the title track to the band’s 2005 mission statement of an album, Amerijuanican: “Oh say we love weed by the bongs burning light/We so proudly inhale the bowls last burning.” If you think the weed-worship is blatant, try the riff-worship: hypnotic, industrial-strength sludge grooves abound. It’s music to leave you in a smoky trance and a stone-cold genre classic. Revolver Staff
