KISS 'KISS' LP

You wanted the best, and you get the best with Kiss’ 1974 debut album. The face-painted New York quartet’s iconic first full-length is stacked like a greatest hits set, slating together some of Kiss’ most cocksure hard-rock vamps (“Strutter”) with sleazily ‘tude-forward rockers (“Deuce”) and amp-cranking gravitas (“Black Diamond”). While overlooked upon arrival, it became the eternal bedrock for a rock and roll empire that endures. In other words, it’s a perfect introduction to the hottest band in the land: Kiss.
