MASTODON 'REMISSION' LP

Metal superstars Mastodon made their full-length debut in 2002 with this roaring beast of an album. Spearheaded by decimating fan favorites “March of the Fire Ants,” “Mother Puncher” and the Tony Hawk Underground-featured “Crusher Destroyer,” Remission showcases the dizzying drum skills of Brann Dailor and the dense prog-sludge style that he and his bandmates would eventually refine into elemental concept albums and infectious, Grammy-winning singles.
