No Place For Me is named for the thread that runs through the whole album: self-loathing giving way to awakening. Song after song, we’re wrestling with who we are and why we feel the way we do — whether that’s being buried by someone else’s lies, burning at the altar of a relationship, or finally facing a truth we’d avoided for years. Instead of running from those truths any longer, we’re finally dealing with them, and the album’s title reflects that in-between place — no longer who we were, not yet sure where we belong.
